Out Of My Hands

Starting From The Physical
...
This piece began with a photo I took of some expressive
pottery I made during a class at my day centre. I had discovered
that I worked best if I just let my hands, my emotions and the clay
do the work and leave my brain out of it.
Using photoshop, I tried to continue this process
and it felt as if it almost made itself. Hence the name. I feel
like I tapped into something inside me and made it visible. It was
nice to do that in a positive way without ending up in A&E.
