a hasty scrawl
barely thought
a shallow yawn

Empty hostess
airing fangs
invitingly flash
through my perma-tan

reduce my life
into such cake!
warm blood stirs
toward the ache

bright hot spines
and prickly scent
regard these words
I represent

i meet your gaze
and smile on cue
friendly/approachable
if only you knew
