It’s Them!Last weekend, BBC1 television broadcast an episode of "Strange". The plot depicted a disturbed young man who may or may not have been demonically possessed. The character inflicted ghastly, even cannibalistic, injury on very sympathetic characters. The plot unfolded to reveal that the young man was not the demonic character he was suspected of being, but displayed "classic symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia". I'm married to a "paranoid schizophrenic" - my bones are intact and my only scars are from accidental boyhood accidents. Keep eyes and ears open to this kind of perpetuation of ignorance. best wishes, |
